La Raza? The Mexican government has an official ideology called La Raza. It holds that all Mexicans of whatever ancestry have become one Mexican race. And Mexicans in the USA seem to believe it. I guess American Leftists do too

Many newspaper articles are reproduced in full on my blogs despite copyright claims attached to them. I believe that such reproductions here are protected by the "fair use" provisions of copyright law. Fair use is a legal doctrine that recognises that the monopoly rights protected by copyright laws are not absolute. The doctrine holds that, when someone uses a creative work in way that does not hurt the market for the original work and advances a public purpose - such as education or scholarship - it might be considered "fair" and not infringing.
